Tirsat
The Grand Crus | Gurra di Mare
Chardonnay and Viognier in a 50% blend. The first wine produced by the new Company with vineyards stretching to the Porto Palo beach (Menfi), terroir ideal for these two international vine varieties. A 'heroic' vine-growing where the vine-dresser has to take meticulous care of the plants to obtain a grape with exceptional aromas and a distinct flavour due to the proximity of the sea. 9 months on the lees (batonnage) for a wine that balances complexity and freshness.
