Passito
Specialties | Feudi del Pisciotto
The Passito Tachis is a tribute to the great Italian winemaker Giacomo Tachis, who loved challenges and, for this reason, suggested producing a Sicilian Passito not with the traditional Zibibbo, but with Semillon and Gewürztraminer - two grape varieties unusual for Sicily - to create a wine that could be enjoyed throughout the entire meal.

Tasting notes &
Pairings
The aromatic notes of the grape varieties stand out, along with perfect acidity. A well-balanced Passito, not overly sweet, with clear hints of dried fruit, honey, and rose.
Excellent throughout the entire meal, ideal with desserts and also with delicate cheeses.
